ordered a new pair of tights and…

ordered a new pair of tights and received a disgusting pair of worn out, pilled with a huge hole
i’m the butt area. i tried to send photos but the customer service email is
not working and customer service was unable
to tell me where i could
send the photos.

I’M DONE with Athleta!!

I’M DONE with Athleta!!
I placed several orders this summer and returned 4 items. Some were received by them on 7/15 and today I got an email they they have been received and my refunds will be processed in 10 days!! So their statement to me last week on the phone was untrue.. she told me 10 days from receipt - u know they would not wait for their money for 20+ days!! WTH?!?!

Athleta's (Gap's

Athleta's (Gap's, really) customer service is so bad that their online store can barely be considered a legitimate company. Their representatives are essentially powerless to help you with any issues and their policies are totally insane. They also use really horrible shipping companies rather than something normal like USPS (which by the way, for smaller orders, would be able to put packages in the mailbox and would result in way fewer thefts or other delivery issues and probably save them thousands and thousands of dollars despite maybe being more expensive to ship upfront).

Athleta's return policy is garbage

Athleta's return policy is garbage. You need to factor 6-7 days before the due date for shipping. This is the first time I have ever encountered this. I am out $200 because my return email told me to stick it in the mail a day before the items were due. I will never buy from Athleta again.

Black Dress Santorino Thera - Athleta

Over priced and disappointed. The fabric is very thin, similar to a thin cotton tshirt with a lot of stretch. This is a quality beach cover, not a dress to wear for an event. You can see some undergarments under it. It shows every bump around your bra. This fabric is not like their quality skort! I returned it and shopped for a dress to wear for dinner that look like something other than a giant t shirt. It was true to size

Terrible customer service

I bought several t-shirts and within a few weeks all of them had little holes in the front. I brought them back to the store with my receipt but they wouldn't accept the return because I'd cut out the little tags inside (they were itchy). And the salesperson acted like a total jerk about it, like I was trying to return stolen goods even though I had the receipt. Never buying from them again.

Dishonest! Returns sitting at their warehouse for weeks and not being processed

Purchased a $92 dress. Returned it within 24 hours of it arriving at my house. I tracked my return via UPS and it has been sitting at their warehouse for weeks without being processed. When I call they keep pushing the date back that I should call yet again and maybe they will give me the refund I am owed. NEVER shopping with Athleta again.
